Knowledge bases are a collection of documents that you can use to answer questions. Knowledge bases belong to an organization. Each user of an organization can work with knowledge bases.

A knowledge base is a list of documents that you can use to answer questions. Knowledge bases are created by an organization owner.

Creating a knowledge base

To create a knowledge base, you need to be an organization owner. You can create a knowledge base from the organization settings page.

Adding documents to a knowledge base

To add documents to a knowledge base, you need to be an organization owner. You can add documents to a knowledge base from the knowledge base settings page.

Using a knowledge base

To use a knowledge base, you need to be an organization member. You can use a knowledge base from the knowledge base settings page.

Deleting a knowledge base

To delete a knowledge base, you need to be an organization owner. You can delete a knowledge base from the knowledge base settings page.

Knowledge base items

A knowledge base item is a document that you can use to answer questions. Knowledge base items are created by an organization owner.

Credits

Knowledge bases does not cost any credits. For each document you add to a knowledge base, you will be charged a credit. The number of credits you are charged is based on the size of the document.
